An email will be sent to the staff member with a temporary password.On the ribbon, in the Settings group, click Reset Login Password.In the grid, select (check) the staff member whose password you need to reset.If you do no know the answers to the security questions for your staff ID, your firm administrator or another staff member with administrative rights can reset your password using the following instructions. To Change or Reset Another User's Password If the default admin is locked out of the software, please contact support.It is not applicable to the Forgot Password option, nor is it applicable to CCH Axcess login information emails initiated by the Administrator, as they both use temporary passwords that users must change when logging in. This is only applicable when you opt to change your password. We will allow a password to be changed only once within 24 hours.Review and update your security questions if needed.In the Enter new password and Re-enter new password boxes, enter your new password.
